1. Heavenly Membership Overview
By enrolling, you agree to the terms of the Heavenly Day Spa Membership:

Monthly Fee: $200 (auto-billed monthly).

Spa Credit: $220 in spa credit will be added to your account each month.

Member Discount: 20% off all regular-priced spa services and retail products while membership is active.
2. Billing & Payment

The monthly fee is automatically charged to the card on file each month on your enrollment date.

If a payment fails, you must update or resolve payment within 5 business days to maintain membership benefits.
3. Spa Credit Terms

Credits can be used toward any spa service or product.

Credits do not expire while your membership remains active.

Upon cancellation, unused credits remain valid for 180 days.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. Cancellation Policy

Membership may be canceled any time after the first 3 months by providing written notice (email or in-person) at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Heavenly Day Spa may modify or discontinue the membership with 30 days’ notice to active members.
5. Additional Terms

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or packages unless specified.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and limited to the named member.

The spa reserves the right to revoke membership for misuse or abuse of benefits.
